The warranty terms and conditions contained herein relate to CouplerTec products sold in Australia ONLY. For warranty terms and conditions for CouplerTec products sold outside of Australia please refer to the terms and conditions that accompanied your product or refer to your place of purchase.

At Couplertec Electronic Rustproofing, we pride ourselves on the warranty and service we provide to our customers. We guarantee to provide you with quality service and support anywhere in Australia.

The benefits conferred under these warranties are in addition to the rights and remedies conferred under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

When a CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing System is installed by an authorised CouplerTec dealer, CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing, the manufacturer, provides two extended warranties on its product to the original end-user purchaser – Corrosion Warranty and System Warranty*.

*Corrosion Warranties are only available for the following classes of vehicles; Cars (Hatchbacks, Sedans, Wagons), Vans, 4WDs, SUVs and Trucks.

PLEASE NOTE – The Couplertec “Product Warranty” remains valid for the life of the warranty from the date of purchase.

The “Corrosion Warranty” which is applicable on the identified vehicle is not transferable from vehicle to vehicle, even though the system is transferable from one vehicle to another.

When a CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing System is installed by a person other than an authorised CouplerTec dealer, CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing, the manufacturer, provides the original end-user purchaser with a 5 Year System Warranty ONLY.
